Praveen
Praveen is responsible for operations and Business Development. Praveen brings several years of real estate finance and investment experience including property acquisitions, equity placement, property valuations and financial structuring. Prior to founding Vista Spaces, Praveen worked as an investment banker with PricewaterhouseCoopers wherein he managed the real estate financing team for South India.
Praveen’s industry background and experience span in India and overseas and have given him opportunities to work with private equity funds, developers and real estate consultants. Praveen holds an Honors Degree in Accounting and Finance from the U.K. and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom.
Shwetha
Shwetha is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Regulatory Compliance functions at Vista Spaces. Shwetha brings extensive knowledge industry related financial reporting and regulatory practices from her past stints at Ernst & Young and PwC.
Prior to co-founding Vista Spaces Shwetha was involved with the administration of a real estate fund. Shwetha holds an Undergraduate Degree in commerce from the Bangalore University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom.
Raghuveer
Raghuveer is responsible for investment management, structuring and business development. He has several years of experience in Indian real estate primarily focused on investment banking and private equity investments. Raghuveer’s private equity exposure comes from working with SUN Group, a leading emerging markets private equity fund that owns SUN-Apollo, a $1.2 billion real estate private equity fund focussed on India.
Educated at The Lawrence School, Lovedale, he has an Honors degree in Finance and Real Estate from the California State University, Pomona and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (ISB).
